A short little structure for today:
不...白不...

The verb in the sentence is usually 拿, to take, but I've seen it used with others like 吃, to eat, etc.

This essentially means, it doesn't matter if you [take/eat/do/etc.] it or not, so just [take/eat/do/etc.] it. It implies there's nothing preventing you from taking the action you're talking about, so it's your loss if you don't.

這是免費的,不拿白不拿It's free, just take it.
這菜是免費的,不吃白不吃The food is free, just eat it.

Here's a good english explanation of the general meaning of the structure and where it likely comes from.
This post also helped me understand it a lot.
