Critters!!

elidelioSaw a pair of squirrels today, one groomed itself up in a tree for quite a while, the other was looking for something on the grass at the base of the trees. Acorns? Who knows, it certainly seemed quite invested in its search. I want to pet their fluffy little tails.
The cardinal came back! It hung around the window on and off for a bit, I love seeing flashes of red when it flies past. Cardinals are quickly becoming my favourite birds of the region.
The little wren came back and ate a few of the caterpillars living at the base of the tree just in front of the window. RIP Buddy's friends, but I hope the wren had a nice meal. I also saw a little sparrow hopping about the fence, but it was gone in a flash.
Talking about Buddy, the numbers of its kin has since been reduced somewhat, and Buddy's larger cousin, erm, Boddot(? that works for now), has been hanging out on the window as well.
