Summary: Han Sooyoung imparts words of wisdom on the impressionable children.
“Did you see what he just did?” Han Sooyoung pointed at Kim Dokja, whose white coat was now slightly charred from his most recent brush with death, “Take my advice kids, don’t try to emulate him, you’ll just end up actually dead.”
“What does emuh-late mean?” Shin Yoosung scrunched her eyebrows as she asked.
“It means don’t be a dumb idiot like him.” Lee Jihye piped up from where she was taking stock of their remaining inventory.
“He’s not a dumb idiot!” Shin Yoosung defended her sponsor.
“Yeah, he’s super strong and smart!” Lee Gilyoung chimed in.
The aforementioned Kim Dokja slightly puffed up with satisfaction while overhearing the kids’ earnest praise.
“Yeah, okay, not a dumb idiot.” Han Sooyoung conceded, “He’s a stupid fool.”
“Hey!” Both children and Kim Dokja interjected in unison.
“More like a reckless moron.” Lee Jihye piped up again.
“Impulsive jerk.” Han Sooyoung shot back, clearly having fun.
The two women’s laughter was interrupted by an approaching, deep voice.
“Brainless squid.” No one knew when Yoo Joonghyuk had arrived, he just nonchalantly dropped those two words into the conversation and continued on his way.
After a moment of stunned silence, both Han Sooyoung and Lee Jihye resumed laughing even more raucously than before.
Kim Dokja was left without even a chance to defend himself, and just chose to walk away under the children’s pitying glances.
